First off, Welcome to the Be Moore Fit website! I am so glad you stopped by! Please allow me to tell you a little about myself. I (Malorie) played softball in college for two years and was an assistant Volleyball coach at a local high school while being a personal trainer. So, clearly, health and fitness has a special place in my heart. I had my first child and that's when I hit my slump. I hate that word, but it's true. It wasn't until a year after I had Jayden to realize how far off the fitness path I had fallen. After Christmas of 2015 I actually bought a fitness plan to jumpstart myself back into shape. I technically didn't need it. I knew what to do, but I needed the motivation from someone else to get me going. So, I started a 12-week program. I began working out again, but seeing little results because I was still eating poorly. So, I decided to meal plan and get my nutrition back on track! I couldn't believe the results I began to see after I started to plan my meals out! 12 weeks went by and man did I see a difference! It motivated me to keep going! I have lost over 50 pounds! I realize how hard it can be to get motivated to start a healthier lifestyle so that's why I am here! I want to offer you meal plans, fitness plans, and opportunities to be in virtual challenges!
