This is our BASIC Plan.

This is NOT a Meal Plan.

The Macros + Recipes 6-week plan is perfect for someone who already has a good handle on their diet and who already counts macronutrients (via tracking app, like MyFitnessPal) or wants to learn how, but is looking for meal/snack ideas. Each week, you’ll receive up to six new, macro-friendly recipes to use as the foundation of your meal plan. The Moores will also assist you with any sort of tracking challenges– from hitting specific macronutrient numbers to planning a night out with your daily goals in mind. This will be a GREAT start for a NEW beginning for YOU!

 

8 Week Meal Plan

Includes:

  • 8 weeks of customized Macros

  • 4 Sample Week of  Meals according to Macros

  • A customized Substitution list of foods

  • 3 Meals and 2 snacks Daily

  •  Healthy and easy-to-make recipes

  •  Weekly weigh-ins and progress check-ins with coach

12 Week Meal Plan

Our 12-Week Plan is the same as our 8- Week Plan, but four weeks longer for added accountability and motivation for your specific goals.

Includes:

  • 12 weeks of customized Macros

  • 4 Sample Week of  Meals according to Macros

  • A customized Substitution list of foods

  • 3 Meals and 2 Snacks Daily

  •  Healthy and easy-to-make recipes

  •  Weekly weigh-ins and progress check-ins with coach
